Extreme Escape - Colonnade

We had a partly of 10 and 2 were 5 year olds. Justin took great concern with the little ones and their safety, he provided a flashlight for them. His explanation of how to attempt to escape were very clear. He provided GREAT customer service. Shae was our greeter and made us feel very welcome. She also provided great customer service. My over all experience was a 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back!!! Diana Robichaux

My friend and I did Horror on all Hallow’s Eve, and it was so much fun! I’ve done a few different escape rooms over the last few years and this one was probably my favorite! The room was beautifully designed and decorated, there were familiar/commonly seen puzzles, and there were newer more fresh puzzles that proved challenging. The little clues hidden in the room were actually helpful and not so vague and cryptic to the point where it could mean anything and you are forced to waste a hint. Amanda and another girl, I am so sorry I can’t recall her name :(, were absolutely hilarious and super helpful during the game! They were even kind enough to let me know when a very loud sound effect would be triggered because my hearing is pretty sensitive! Without their useful hints, there would be no way my friend and I would have finished it with 7:26 to spare. They were so awesome and I can’t wait to go back to do another room! EDIT: Came back a week later with the same friend to escape the illusionist! AND WE DID….With some help from the awesome team! Ange…lica, Calvin, aaaand, Annie? Amy? Amanda? Arnold? Jolene? …ANGELINA! ;) (I only remember Calvin immediately cause Calvin and Hobbes. I remember with name associations.) They are so much fun, it makes the atmosphere less tense, and as if you have a friendly Casper the ghost on your side! I cannot wait to come back for more fun and to lock L in the shower.

Did a room a couple of days ago with some friends and had a blast! Wasn’t super confident of my puzzle solving skills going in but our game master, Calvin, did a great job creating a friendly environment and gave us the tools necessary to succeed. I loved the atmosphere in Hallows Eve especially, I didn’t expect it to be so thrilling!

Yes, yes, yes, yes!!! This is *exactly* what you call customer service. I walked in with my family and the staff were more than happy to help us book a room right away because we disposed of less time than we had planned. The hosts are so friendly and the clues are good! Just as a little feedback: don't give out the answer to a puzzle unless specifically asked to 😅 The rooms are so good, and all is made better by a lovely environment created by the clearly-happy-to-be-there staff!
